1. Service Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

• Service was not delivered after confirmed booking
• Technician did not visit the scheduled location
• Duplicate payment made by the customer
• Service cancellation approved by our support team

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Service already completed successfully
• Customer dissatisfaction due to post-service usage issues
• Faults caused after service completion (power issues, misuse, external damage)
• Delay caused due to customer unavailability or incorrect information

3. Service Cancellation

• Cancellation requests must be made before the technician is dispatched
• Once the technician is on the way or service has started, cancellation may not be eligible for a refund
• Emergency or urgent bookings may have limited cancellation options

4. Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Amount will be credited to the original payment method (if applicable)
• In cash payments, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

5. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in cases where:

• Only part of the service was completed
• Extra charges were incorrectly applied
• Service quality issues are verified by our team

6. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with the service, you are encouraged to contact our support team. We will review the issue and attempt to resolve it fairly before processing any refund.
